A young man activated the emergency
brake on a high-speed train -- then
handed out pamphlets protesting
against what he called the excessive
pace of everyday life.
"The cult of speed is
an evil influence spreading across
the world. Harmony is finding the
right tempo, not speed," bewildered
passengers read in the pamphlets.
Swedish Railways said
on Wednesday the man, who was not
identified, had been reported to
police for misuse of the emergency
brake on the service from Gothenburg
to Stockholm on Monday.
